Party Time!!!

The babies had such a wonderful birthday! We celebrated for an entire week and ended it with their 1st birthday party. I have been pretty emotional about the whole "1 year old" thing, its been such a roller coaster for Ben and I. I'm so excited to start our 2nd year. We are praying that it will be less eventful than our 1st year...health and happiness is all we ask for. Thanks for all the wonderful friends and family that braved the heat to help us celebrate. A very special thanks to our NICU nurses who came, yall hold such a special place in our hearts.

I know, I know, you didn't log on to hear me whine about how my babies are growing up too fast.....on to the pictures......

Ben said I spent way too time on making decorations, but I wanted to make it special for the babies.

Clearly, I made these with more love than talent. The best news, none of my toothless babies choked while eating them...Whew!

Everyone else had yummy strawberry and lemon cupcakes.

No party is complete with out a favor.

Reece was feeling so special on the day of her party she refused to nap.

Louise getting ready for her cake.

Big Charlie....This picture makes me laugh.

Bring on the cake!

Yummy!

Louise was not a huge fan of the Birthday song.

She would rather hang out with mommy.

Charlie loved it!

Yummy Cake!

Reece liked it too!

  2. Hi,

I just stumbled across your blog through a friend and enjoyed reading up on your little ones.

Nice work on the helmet decoration! My son had a helmet for a few months (for different reasons) and I enjoyed adding Superman emblems and the occasional nativity set stickers at Christmas time. :)

  3. I just started reading your blog after Jaime posted about you on her blog. I cried. I know how blessed you are for 3 beautiful babies but I also can't imagine your struggle this year. God bless you and your family for years of good health and happiness. You definitely deserve it.
I know all three of the kiddos will be special in their own unique way!!! Many blessings!
